Reservations:
Reservations are accepted by the manager or the administrator on duty by phone or email and are confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the request.
You can pay for a reservation, accommodation or other known services in cash, by debit/credit card or by bank transfer.

If a reservation is made with a credit card and the reservation is canceled up to three working days before the check in date, there is no penalty. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than three working days before the date of arrival, a penalty of 100% of the prepayment/deposit per reservation, of the value of one night, is due.
In case of no-show, a penalty is due in the amount of 100% of the prepayment/deposit, but not less than the value of the first night.
Upon full prepayment of a reservation, guests receive an 8 /eight/% discount on the value of the stay. The reservation can be canceled up to 24 hours after booking. After 24 hours of the reservation, in case of cancellation the entire amount is retained.
Guests who have violated The Old Batak rules prior to a new visit may be denied a reservation.
A guest who has a valid booking without arriving and without notifying us of the cancellation may be refused a new reservation.
The reservation of a guest who is more than twelve hours late might be canceled without a notice.
A video surveillance system operates around the building at the creation site. You consent to video surveillance.
Check-in and check-out:
The guests are obliged to present identity documents (identity card).
Guests’ check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out finishes by 12:00.
Services such as early check-in (before 14 h) and late check-out (after 12 h) are provided to guests only if rooms are available and might be charged according to the rates of the place of accommodation.
The extension of your stay in “The Old Batak” is a subject to availability. The payment of the additional nights is according to the current prices.
The overnight stay is paid in full, regardless of how many hours the guest stayed in the complex.
On the day of departure, guests are liable to pay for a damaged or lost key card/key during their stay.
Upon leaving the place, all damages and/or missing items, not mentioned (which are not reported in time) when the guests are checked in, are paid by them at prices according to a price list.
Residence rules:
Service may be refused to a guest who does not present an identification document and/or refuses to fill out an address card.
The Old Batak is not responsible for retained or stolen items, not deposited or left unattended.
The guests of the “The Old Batak” should behave in a way that does not harm good manners and does not interfere with the rest of the guests of the complex. Silence should be observed in the following hours: between 14 h and 16 h and at night after 22:30 h.
Upon violations of the internal order and the legal order in the country, the administration has the right at any time to terminate the relations with the guests and their stay. Amounts paid by guests for reservation and nights are not refundable.
The building is equipped with smoke and fire detectors.
Guests are advised that when turning on with the mechanical lock button on the inside of the door lock, cannot unlock the door with their personal code.
On the territory of “The Old Batak” it is prohibited:
The importation and use of electric heating or other heating devices and equipment.
The organization of noisy celebrations.
The use of open fire, the importation and storage of flammable, explosive objects.
Smoking is prohibited.
Violation of generally accepted norms of behavior, including the use of narcotic substances.
The movement of furniture and property in the rooms and premises, without the express consent of the management of the house.
The export of any type of property (towels, inventory, dishes, etc.) outside the territory of the place.
Aggressive behavior and action endangering the health and property of others.
